Pauline Jordan

Pauline Jordan serves as the human resources expert of our team and her role centers on local capacity building. She is enthusiastic in her mission to ensure that young people, especially students, gain transferable skills and are mentored through all steps of a project regarding expectations, accountability and performance. Pauline is an HR expert, business lecturer and professional coach with over 25 years of experience. She is of Barbadian and Guyanese origin, and has experience working in the U.K. and the Caribbean.

As a career and life coach, Pauline specializes in supporting individuals who are planning their next career move, their personal development or who just feel isolated; and individuals seeking purpose in their lives, particularly women who struggle with life-family-career balance.

Pauline’s experience in mentoring, coaching and developing high-performance teams has led to abroad insight into people, organisational behavior, management styles and business operations. Her global mindset, accompanied by cultural sensitivity and innate intuition, has contributed to her track record for managing transformational change across companies and in individuals.

Before becoming a career coach, Pauline worked up the ranks to Regional Personnel Manager at Marks & Spencer in the U.K. She later relocated to Barbados, becoming HR Director for Duty Free Caribbean Holdings, a subsidiary of Dufry, one of the world's largest duty free retailers.
